Getting Started

Creating an Account

To start using Practiwise, you'll need to create an account. Click on the 'Sign Up' button on the homepage, fill in your details, and you're good to go!

Logging In

Once you've created an account, you can log in using your registered email and password. If you forget your password, use the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page to reset it.

Account Management

Updating Your Profile

You can update your name and password at any time in your account settings. Please note that your email address cannot be changed after registration.

Deleting Your Account

If you no longer wish to use Practiwise, you can delete your account from the account settings page. Once deleted, all your data will be permanently removed.

Interview Tips

Preparing for an AI Interview

Before starting a mock interview, prepare a clear job description and your preferred focus areas. This will help the AI generate relevant questions and provide accurate feedback.

Using Feedback to Improve

After each interview, review the feedback provided by the AI. Focus on areas of improvement and apply these insights in your next session to track your progress.

Troubleshooting

Can't Log In

If you're having trouble logging in, check your email and password for accuracy. If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link to reset it.

Session Freezing

If your interview session freezes, try refreshing your browser or clearing your cache. If the problem persists, please contact our support team.
